Sitefinity 4.0 Pricing and Licensing
There has been concern and speculation regarding Sitefinity editions that will be available for the 4.0 release, and the cost of licensing. Whilest Telerik had considered dropping the community edition, instead the new pricing structure addresses the issues. There will continue to be a community edition, along with 4 other editions at different prices based on the requirements of the end user. The community edition will continue to be free, but is strictly personal or hobby websites, and blogs. The other editions aim to meet the needs of the different sizes of organisations, with matching licensing costs.
Full details of Sitefinity 4.0 pricing and licensing are available on the Sitefinity website.
