I was starting a new business and required a high quality, bespoke website to be constructed at short notice. It’s almost 5 years ago since we first started working with BSolveIT. Before being introduced to Mark we had struggled to find a company who were either able or prepared to become involved in both the front and back-end designs of a complex bespoke website. As most web-based businesses already know, the internet is full of so-called "web designers" who quite simply edit a standard run-of-the-mill template to give you an on-line presence, but really not a lot else.
Mark proved to be a real find for us as he constantly demonstrated his own unique abilities in solving apparently complex programming problems to produce a fantastic site that returned quite simply the most amazing results for us. Almost monotonously regular keyword successes (and we’re talking Google Page 1 here) have been the constant trademark of the sites that Mark has produced for us. His ability to clearly understand just how the top search engines work makes him undoubtedly one of the leading web designers in the UK today. His simple-to-operate content management systems (CMS’s) makes the using and editing of content on his websites an absolute pleasure to behold. Don’t worry about technical back-up either. Once you’re up-and-running Mark always makes himself available for over-the -telephone advice or alternatively when needs must, he’ll take control of your computer remotely, which in my view is the best way to quickly resolve any problems (more often than not self-inflicted) that may arise.
I’ve now recommended Mark to several business associates who are all of the same opinion. Once you’ve spoken to Mark and have taken possession of one of his sites, you’ll be hooked. I certainly was!
We have discovered that working with Mark is by and large an educational experience, learning subtle little nuances in working with and running web sites. We used BSolve IT for SEO when we initially set up our web site, and from the very first conversation Mark offered excellent advice, with which my pen couldn’t keep up with as I took notes. From there we duly started to appear in rankings. Ultimately, Mark explained he had done as much as was possible with our site, and there wasn’t much else he could do. We now successfully run our own in house SEO, this thanks to Marks and his initial guidance.
Having built a happy working relationship with BSolve IT, we naturally looked to Mark and his expert advice when we decided to move our site to a more robust server. As with any moving operation, home, shop or site it is fraught with unknown pitfalls. These we managed to overcome quickly to get our site back up & running, including a move over to a SQL Server Database too. The overall downtime of our site was approx 4 hours, which is good considering the amount of work and data which had to be moved and tested. There were few niggles, all of which were quickly dealt with Marks usual calm, cheery manner. Anything which did crop up he wasn’t sure of, he would set his MMcN SQL Brain into gear and offer a solution, which rather gratifyingly always works.
